S&M GOLDPLATED is committed to providing the best services to our customers! Not just through our S&M items, but shipping and handling as well.

 All orders will be processed, and shipped within 48 hours of payment . Yes we ship on Saturdays ! all orders placed on Saturdays by 12 pm est will be shipped out same day.

 Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the east coast, and 4-6 days on the west coast to be delivered. Mon - Fri shipping after 3 pm est will be shipped out same day. No shipping on holidays.

 Please be advised with the COVID-19 virus shipping may be a little  longer than usual, please be patient , as we get your tracking information out to you we do apologize about the inconvenience.

-  RETURN POLICY

 There are no returns on accessories, shades, handbags/ clutches and sale items. 

Heels, and sandals must be returned in 15 Days from original shipment date ,you will be eligible for store credit .

all orders after the 15 day mark will be refused, anything before that date can be shipped back at owners expenses 

Returned items MUST NOT BEEN WORN!, must be in same condition as came ,any returned item that appear to have been worn ,or damaged will be returned to you at owners expense  

Final Sale items are not required for refunds .
